After dinner tonight the boys and I went to the beach to watch the sunset. It started out beautiful but unfortunately the clouds got in the way right as the sun was about to fade away on the horizon. Keegan and I had fun playing frisbee on the beach and we also took a short walk.
Earlier in the day, the boys and I took a walk on a nature trail at a place called, Fort Hill. The view of the ocean was awesome but unfortunately there were lots of insects that kept "bugging" us!
Today I walked 9,643 steps/4.41 miles!

WTG, Candee. Good for you!
Hope others can learn from you, so I linked you up in my blog.
Hope you're ok with that.
What a beautiful sunset. Always wanted to go to Cape Cod. One of these days. Got to Old Orchard Beach once in a heat wave and had to leave.
Beaufiful sunset!
That is a wonderful sunset. Other great places to see the sunset include Morocco, Germany, and Ayers Rock in Australia. You inspire me...one of these days I'm going to write (or should I say "be in") a book about all of my adventures! It would be cool to take a walk with you sometime, but, alas, I'll be off on my second world tour soon!
Wow!! All that walking is very healthy! I need to start an exercise regimen. My problem is that I indulge myself in good food too much--bratwursts, pretzels, pomme frites, etc. I wish I hadn't drank that secong Fanta the other day! I think walking up and down hills would be great exercise! Cape Cod is kind of flat. Have you ever been to Grafton, WV?
As I am a scientist, I know a lot about walking. Your walks are all very nice, but my nephew and I go much further than that! Have I told you about him before? He is a world-class skier, and the best fisherman I know--other than me, of course! Did I mention that I'm a scientist? Well, I am!
