Hi, did you know May is bike month? our area has a competion for teams.They offer prizes for the most miles and trips.Great way to have fun and exersize.keep on biking!!!Way to go.

I use biking as my main source of cardio exercise and it has helped me to lose over 30 pounds so far this year.
Biking is fun and it puts much more less stress on your joints than running outdoors does.
