Keeping a Food Diary

Keeping a food diary can double your weight loss according to a study Kaiser Permanente’s Center for Health Research. I know personally, that when I do keep a food journal, I lose weight. Writing everything down makes me more aware of what I'm doing, what I'm consuming, and how I'm feeling. Follow the link to read my full article.

I've been keeping a food diary for over a year now and can't imagine losing weight without it. I also call my food in to a sponsor each morning - everything helps.

Very important is positive thinking all the time - this helps a lot :)
